ChromoGenics informs of previously received order of approximately SEK 3.3 million to Coop in Norway
ChromoGenics AB (publ) has signed an agreement with the construction company BYGG Engineering AS to deliver ConverLight® dynamic glass and installation to a Coop store in Tverlandet, Bodö, Norway.
The order was acknowledged in late September and was communicated in the Q3 report, but has not been able to be communicated separately until now due to technical and administrative clarifications.
The project is a new construction project of a shopping mall with Coop as a builder with the ambition to build energy efficiently, with great focus on interior comfort and architectural design. The mall is planned to be the basis for designing future Coop stores. Deliveries are scheduled for early 2019.
"We can see that our marketing and associated sales activities are beginning to take off. More and more companies contact us to get additional information about our cost-effective solar control solutions. Now even in Norway," commences Jerker Lundgren, CEO of ChromoGenics.
"Our glass products control heat and light transmission while maintaining daylight and full view to the outside world. This results in energy savings and increases the comfort and well-being of people staying in the building. In addition, our products contribute to lower maintenance costs and environmental certification of buildings, which is high on the environmental agenda for both the EU and companies' sustainability work," says Jerker Lundgren.
