ChromoGenics AB (publ) announces that stabilizing trading by Erik Penser AB ("EPB") in ChromoGenics’ shares on Nasdaq First North, Stockholm has ended.
The stabilization period in connection with the listing of the shares in ChromoGenics AB on Nasdaq First North Stockholm commenced on March 23, 2017 and ended on April 21, 2017. During the period, stabilization acquisitions totaled 121,312 shares. The stabilization period is completed and no further stabilization transactions will be implemented.
EPB, acting as stabilization firm, has announced that stabilization trading has been carried out, in accordance with Article 5 (4) of the EU Market Use Regulation 596/2014, on Nasdaq Stockholm as follows:
