With reference to the announcement by Nordax Bank AB (publ) ("Nordax") on 18 October 2021 relating to financing of the acquisition of Bank Norwegian ASA. A company owned by Nordic Capital VIII and IX[1] will issue senior secured bonds amounting to approx. SEK 5,050m (consisting of tranches of NOK 2,500m and SEK 2,550m).
