London - Recent research conducted by Cimple Anyware confirms that companies using mobile enterprise apps can improve compliance, deliver operational tools, processes and training to employees in the workplace. This allows businesses to have more efficient workforces which can result in greater productivity, and increase profits.

Cimple Anyware, in partnership with Incite Marketing, sent out a survey to over 25,000 professionals who have jobs that require compliance in departments such as; Human Resources, Learning & Development, Health & Safety, Sales and Board Level.

Here are some key points which we extracted and discovered that:

  • 70% of businesses still deliver their compliance, training, HSE, and other content using basic methods i.e. print and email.
  • Companies place considerable importance on compliance that have both processes and safety protocols.
  • 53% of respondents expressed that compliance is a key objective in their operations.

Few organisations have an individual who is responsible for leading their mobile strategies. Therefore the skills and resources to develop mobile strategies are currently in high demand. 69% of businesses, with mobile strategists, believe that it is very important for their employees to follow compliance and procedures in order to improve efficiency, deliver excellence and sustain corporate growth. Hence adopting a mobile strategy to drive your compliance can give you a competitive advantage and a sustainable growth.

Enterprises understand that having a BYOD policy is a crucial tactic which can help them enforce and manage their compliance better. Over 36% of industry experts already have their policies in place and another 22% are planning to implement them in 2015 and the coming years.
