Commentary on the civil dispute involving Jakob Liedberg
In light of publications in the media about the lawsuit against Jakob Liedberg, CEO of Cinis Fertilizer, which was submitted to the Stockholm District Court in December 2022 by a former business partner of Jakob Liedberg, the company wishes to clarify that Cinis Fertilizer is not a party to the dispute. The lawsuit relates to a civil dispute between the parties which has its basis in events a couple of years before the listing of Cinis Fertilizer's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
In December 2022, a former business partner of Jakob Liedberg, CEO of Cinis Fertilizer, put forward a claim towards Jakob Liedberg to the Stockholm District Court regarding better right to a part of Jakob Liedberg’s shares in Cinis Fertilizer. Jakob Liedberg’s lawyer makes the assessment that the claim is unfounded, and Cinis Fertilizer sees no reason to make any other assessment. Cinis Fertilizer is not a party to the dispute.
