Boat Services appoints Per Lovén as Commercial Director

Per Lovén joins Boat Services to focus on the firm’s commercial strategy 

Boat Services hires former Head of International Corporate Strategy at Liquidnet for the newly developed role of Commercial Director.

Per Lovén has spent the last six years at Liquidnet as the Head of International Corporate Strategy where his focus was to create and deliver corporate strategies for Liquidnet members to aid them to achieve best execution. Whilst at Boat, Per Lovén will be focusing on market structure and developing and maintaining Boat’s existing loyal customer base, and leveraging relationships to execute business strategies.

Prior to heading up strategy at Liquidnet, Per Lovén spent over three years at Liquidnet in various project management roles and spent over six years at SimCorp as Head of Pre-Sales and various other consultancy roles.

Per Lovén holds a Master (MSc) degree in International Business Administration and Economics from Lund University and has also contributed to various industry wide publications. He will be directly reporting to CEO Jamie Khurshid and will be based in Boat’s office in London.
