Increased number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ)

As of today 29 October 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ) is 150,298,003.

The number of shares and votes has increased by 13,076,200 during October as a consequence of the registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office of the first tranche out of two of the directed share issue announced by the company on 28 October 2021 in connection with its acquisition of Lucid Holding Inc.
