Heidi Sullivan, Cision’s Vice President, Global Media Research, will appear on a panel examining “How to Make Twitter the Ultimate PR Platform” at PR News’ Digital PR Next Practices Summit in New York, NY, on October 5 from 10 to 10:45 a.m. EDT. The panel will show how Twitter can help manage customer service issues, build a community of brand ambassadors, protect brand reputation and mitigate a crisis. Jay Krall, Cision Business Development Director, will be a panelist discussing “Research & Measurement Tools Prove the Power of Your PR Efforts” at the Association of National Cable Communicators Forum in New York City, October 6 from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Krall and his colleagues will discuss how those tools and metrics can prove the value of PR outreach efforts, with a special emphasis on social media activities.
