Cision, the leading provider of PR software, services and tools for the marketing and public relations industry, today announced its 2012 list of Top 50 Wedding and Bridal Blogs in North America.

The top 50 blogs list, published in Cision Blog, was compiled using the Cision Media Database, and ranked by the number of Twitter followers.

“This year’s prime wedding season may be drawing to a close, but the challenge has just begun for couples who are planning events for next year or in 2014,” said Heidi Sullivan, Cision’s Vice President, Global Media Research. “Tastes change constantly and the year-round need remains strong for information about fashions, services, locations and products that will help couples create the most successful and meaningful event that celebrates their future. So communicators need to stay on top of stories and ideas that are trending in both online and traditional media.”

“If you research each outlet and its audience, offer compelling, on-topic stories, and understand preferences about whether or how to follow up, you improve your chances of getting immediate coverage and creating long-term media relationships,” Sullivan said. “Our Top 50 Wedding and Bridal bloggers help communicators make an ideal match between their clients and the people who cover them.”
