Cision AB postpones the Annual General Meeting to May 27, 2014

The Board of Directors of Cision AB (publ) has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting from April 9, 2014 to May 27, 2014.

The reason for postponing the Annual General Meeting is Blue Canyon Holdings AB’s public offer to the shareholders of Cision AB. The acceptance period for the offer commenced February 27, 2014 and ends on March 27, 2014.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be announced four weeks before May 27, 2014, at the latest.
