Cision and FinReg Solutions offers a new digital logbook solution for listed companies in Denmark
The communications solutions provider Cision, in collaboration with FinReg Solutions, are launching a new digital insider management solution for listed companies in Denmark called MCLogg. Cision's clients can now send press-releases and keep a logbook through CisionPoint to facilitate their work within Corporate Communications.
Cision and FinReg Solutions announce that they are jointly launching a new digital solution in Denmark that will make it easier to manage insiders and inside information. MCLogg has been developed by specialists in capital market law with the specific purpose of starting from the customer's perspective with simplicity as the guiding principle while fully complying with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
Cision's Nordic Managing Director, Magnus Thell, looks forward to the collaboration with FinReg Solutions and the inclusion of MCLogg in Cision's product offering to Denmark, making it easier for customers to manage Investor Relations and Corporate Communications from the same platform.
