Cision AB today announced that Yann Blandy, CEO of Cision Europe, will be leaving the company to take up the position as CEO of Intellecta AB. Yann Blandy will leave at the end of the second quarter of 2012, at which time Cision AB is confident it will have a suitable replacement solution in place.

“Yann has played a major role at Cision in the 6 years he has been with the company, and is leaving behind Cision Europe in better shape than ever, poised for growth and with a 20% EBIT margin in Q4 of 2011. We are of course sad to see Yann leave, grateful for his contributions and convinced he will also achieve great results for his new employer”, says Hans Gieskes, CEO of Cision.
