Meeting user needs with new functions that increase flexibility and understanding

Today, March 19, Cision will release its annual report for 2007. It will be available at www.cision.com. The new annual report has been produced using a specially designed web format that gives readers new choices to adapt the information to their needs. This is now the sixth year that Cision is not printing the annual report, in line with its strategies and brand philosophy to be a world-leading partner with innovative solutions that support businesses and organizations in their communication and decision-making.
“The new web-based format offers a number of benefits to us and our shareholders,” says Senior Vice President Corporate Communications Annika Ferm.
“With the Internet as our production platform, information is easier to access and there is greater flexibility thanks to a number of functions that speed up understanding and tailor both general and detailed information to users’ personal needs,” she adds. “This will improve the efficiency of our internal and external communication over time. It will also help the environment by reducing paper consumption and eliminating physical distribution. For those who still want all or part of the annual report on paper, a print function is available.”
The new web-based solution for the annual report 2007 keeps Cision on the forefront in the production and distribution of annual reports, where more and more companies are distributing financial and other corporate information through the Internet and their websites. International and national laws and standards for financial information also point toward more digital distribution. Ultimately online information will provide greater opportunities for cost efficiencies for companies and organizations.
