Cision today announces that its Chief Financial Officer Tosh Bruce-Morgan will leave the company during the fourth quarter of 2013.

Tosh Bruce-Morgan was previously CFO for the European division for two years and is Group CFO since September 2011.

“Tosh has played a key role in Cision over the last four years, and he has been a driving force in the company’s development. I would like to thank Tosh for his contributions and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors”, says Peter Granat, CEO of Cision.

“It has been exciting and inspiring at Cision, but now it is time to think about new challenges. For family reasons, over the long run it has not been optimal to live in the UK and mainly work in Sweden”, says Tosh Bruce-Morgan.

Cision has begun the process of appointing a new CFO.
