Comments on currency and sales development in the first quarter

Cision’s British operations reported weaker-than-expected sales during the first quarter of 2008 due to production disruptions in connection with the consolidation of two offices as well as delayed service launches. The production problems have now been remedied and planned service launches are scheduled for CisionPoint during the first and second quarters of 2008.
CisionPoint, which offers clients greater value by integrating all of Cision’s services, represents a transition to a subscription-based business model that generates more stable revenue streams.
In North America, Cision’s largest and most important market, CisionPoint continued to be well received during the first quarter of 2008.
Unfavorable exchange rates coupled with the development in the UK will mean that Cision’s revenue and operating profit in the first quarter of 2008 will be lower than the corresponding period of 2007.
