Citi Appoints Terhi Paloheimo as Country Head for Finland

Citi has appointed Terhi Paloheimo as Country Head (Citi Country Officer) and Head of Corporate Banking for Finland. Terhi will be based in Helsinki to lead Citi’s Finnish franchise.

Terhi joins Citi from SEB, where she has held several senior positions since 2010, most recently as Client Executive within Large Corporate Coverage.

Terhi succeeds Karolina Burmeister who recently assumed a new role as Citi’s Head of Nordic Commercial Banking, based in Stockholm. Terhi will report to Erik Savola, Nordic Cluster Head, who is also co-head Nordic BCMA (Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory) and Citi Country Officer for Sweden.

Prior to SEB, Terhi held various roles within Nordea’s investment banking and markets business.
