EuroCIS a success for Citizen Systems Europe
EuroCIS 2013, the leading trade fair for retail technology, provided an extremely successful platform for Citizen Systems Europe. The show, which took place in Dusseldorf, Germany in February, was attended by more than 7,000 trade visitors, many of whom were keen to talk to Citizen.
"EuroCIS has always been a good show but this year in particular we made many valuable contacts,” said Jörk Schüßler, European Marketing Manager of Citizen. “We had many interesting conversations and were struck by the increasing presence of international visitors. Our impression is that EuroCIS has established itself as the ‘European meeting point’ for retail technology.”
The focal points of the Citizen stand were the newly-launched CL-S300 and CL-S6621 printers, which offer both high print quality and a very attractive price-performance ratio, while visitors were also able to obtain information about a wide range of printer models for POS and labels.
Citizen considers EuroCIS as the most important industry platform for retail IT technologies in the German speaking markets.
