Proposed composition of the Board of Directors of CityMail Group Owners representing 31 percent of the voting capital and 31 percent of the share capital of CityMail Group have expressed that they will propose to the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders that the Board of Directors of CityMail Group shall have the following composition: Bror Anders Månsson (re-election) Bo Lundquist (re-election) Johnny Herre (new member) Lage Jonason (re-election) Per Jundin (re-election) Malcolm Hamilton (re-election) The current Chairman, Jan Freese, and Board members Massimo Rossi and John Dunlop will not stand for re-election.
