Regarding newspaper article about damage claims In one of todays morning papers, Dagens Industri, there is an article stating that CityMail is going to claim damages from Sweden Post of about MSEK 300. The information that CityMail is going to claim damages from Sweden Post is correct. The fact that CityMail has been preparing this was mentioned in the press release on unaudited results that was given to the market February 19. The damage claims are based on the fact that the Market Court held that Sweden Post has abused its dominant position with the intention to eliminate the competition from CityMail.
