Rights issue in CityMail Group fully subscribed The rights issue in CityMail Group, approved by an Extra General Meeting on 17 May, 2000, has been 100-percent subscribed, providing CityMail Group with proceeds of approximately SEK 58 million after issue expenses. The rights issue raises the number of shares in CityMail Group by 6,827,000 to 13,654,000. Following the issue, the share capital amounts to SEK 68,270,000. The newly issued shares are expected to be available for trading on the OM Stockholm Exchange as from early July, 2000. Until then, trading in paid subscription shares will take place on the OM Stockholm Exchange.
