Clas Ohlson has signed a contract concerning an additional store

The store will be located in the shopping centre Nordbyen in Larvik, 150 kilometres south west of Oslo. The store is scheduled to be opened in April 2009 and the retail space will amount to 662 square metres. The shopping centre has 56 stores. The store´s catchment area comprises approximately 50 000 inhabitants. Accordingly, the scheduled future opening of stores for which contracts have been concluded to date is as follows: Asker and Jessheim in Norway and Rovaniemi in Finland October 2008, Kristiansand in Norway, Espoo and Joensuu in Finland and Skövde in Sweden November 2008, Croydon/London in England between November 2008 and January 2009, Narvik in Norway December 2008, Motala in Sweden January 2009, Falun in Sweden and Hønefoss in Norway February 2009, Hudiksvall in Sweden in March 2009, Bryne and Larvik in Norway April 2009, Nordby/Strömstad in Sweden June 2009, Molde in Norway in October 2009, Frölunda and Värnamo in Sweden autumn 2009 and Lillehammer in Norway between autumn 2009 and winter 2010. Clas Ohlson’s objective is to open 20 to 25 new stores during the 2008/2009 financial year. Including the company’s current 90 stores and the 20 stores under contract, Clas Ohlson will have a total of 110 stores, with 52 of them in Sweden, 41 in Norway, 16 in Finland and one in the UK.
