Clas Ohlson has signed contracts concerning two additional stores

The store in Södertälje will be located in the middle of the city centre of Södertälje. The retail space will amount to 1 300 square metres. The store’s catchment area comprises approximately 80 000 inhabitants and the store is scheduled to be opened during the fall of 2009. The store in Norrtälje will be located in the Flygfyren Centre where a new shopping centre with 10 new stores will be built. The retail space will amount to 1 100 square metres. The store’s catchment area comprises approximately 55 000 inhabitants. The store will open during the spring of 2010. Accordingly, the scheduled future opening of stores for which contracts have been concluded to date is as follows: Espoo in Finland, Skövde in Sweden and Croydon/London in England November 2008, Narvik in Norway December 2008, Motala in Sweden January 2009, Falun in Sweden and Hønefoss in Norway February 2009, Molde in Norway and Hudiksvall in Sweden in March 2009, Bryne and Larvik in Norway April 2009, Nordby/Strömstad in Sweden June 2009, Frölunda, Värnamo and Södertälje in Sweden autumn 2009, Lillehammer in Norway between autumn 2009 and winter 2010, Norrtälje spring 2010. Clas Ohlson’s objective is to open 20 to 25 new stores during the 2008/2009 financial year. Including the company’s current 95 stores and the 17 stores under contract, Clas Ohlson will have a total of 112 stores, with 54 of them in Sweden, 41 in Norway, 16 in Finland and one in the UK.
