Clas Ohlson is now back in central Sundsvall
Clas Ohlson's new store in central Sundsvall opened at 10 a.m. today. Now there’s once again a Clas Ohlson store in the city centre, in addition to Clas Ohlson's current store in Birsta outside Sundsvall.
"We know that we have been eagerly awaited. We have been receiving questions daily about returning to the city centre after closing our previous store a few years ago. It feels very exciting to be back and once again be able to offer our wide range of home improvement products in central Sundsvall," says Andreas Helgesson, Country Operations Manager.
25 years ago, Clas Ohlson came to Sundsvall the first time, and with the new store, Clas Ohlson now has two stores in Sundsvall. The new store is located along Storgatan next to Stora Torget and has a sales area of 1,050 square meters.
"We have a range of products that I think customers in central Sundsvall will appreciate. It includes everything from cleaning and storage products to tools and products for the connected home. These are products that we know many people have missed being able to purchase in downtown Sundsvall," says Andreas Helgesson.
The store opening in Sundsvall is the sixth of a total of eleven store openings during Clas Ohlson's current fiscal year, which ends on April 30. During the fiscal year 2024/2025, the store network is planned to be expanded by approximately 10 stores.
