There was strong customer interest when Clas Ohlson’s new store at E-center in Söderhamn opened this morning. Clas Ohlson now has a total of 250 stores.

“We have a strong position in our home markets. Over the past three years, we have opened 30 new stores, and it feels fantastic to open our 250th store and reach this new milestone,” says Andreas Helgesson, Country Operations Manager.

With Thursday’s opening, Clas Ohlson now has 108 stores in Sweden, 103 in Norway and 39 in Finland. A further five stores are currently under contract.

“Our store network is a tremendous asset. With stores spanning from Trelleborg in southern Sweden to Alta in northern Norway, we are often close to our customers. This also improves access to our e-commerce offering, as around half of all online orders are delivered to customers through our physical stores,” says Andreas Helgesson.

When Clas Ohlson’s 250th store opened on Thursday morning, interest was high and many customers were waiting outside before the doors opened.

“It is clear that we have been eagerly awaited. We have secured a prominent location with excellent accessibility right next to the E4 motorway. We are very pleased to now be present in Söderhamn as well,” says Andreas Helgesson.
