Clas Ohlson’s new store in Helsinki is now opened
Today, Clas Ohlson opened the doors to its new store in Kaivotalo, Helsinki. The store is Clas Ohlson’s 35th store in the Finnish market and the Group’s 209th in total.
Many people had lined up outside the store and when the doors finally opened the customers could take advantage of great opening offers. The first one hundred customers also received a surprise bag filled with Clas Ohlson products.
“Our new store, located in central Helsinki, is now ready to welcome the customers right on time for the start of the Christmas shopping season. Our wide range offers solutions for home, leisure and the workplace, and by our presence in Kaivotalo we will be even more available and can offer office products as well as the tools for home improvement projects to our customers when they are on their way to, or home from, work,” says Sampo Päällysaho, Director, Business Area Finland/Germany.
Clas Ohlson’s store in Kaivotalo, Helsinki, has a retail space of approximately 1,500 square meters and a catchment area of approximately 123,000 inhabitants.
With the new store in Helsinki, Clas Ohlson can offer customers an omni-channel experience with e-commerce and more than 200 stores in six markets. During the financial year 2016/17, Clas Ohlson plans to expand the store network with 3-8 new stores net.
