Today at 9 am, Clas Ohlson opened a new store in Vågsbygd just outside Kristiansand in southern Norway. In just 1,5 hour after the opening, more than 1000 customers had visited the store.

The store is Clas Ohlson's third store in Kristiansand. It’s located in the shopping center Amfi Vågsbygd, southwest of Kristiansand city center.

“It feels great to open another store and become even more accessible in Kristiansand. Vågsbygd has strong growth and people have been asking us to open a store for many years,” says Rune Johansen, Country Operations Manager at Clas Ohlson.

The store has a sales area of 824 square meters and will offer the entire Clas Ohlson range with solutions for home fixing. Amfi Vågsbygd has around thirty stores and the shopping center has been remodeled in the past year to make Clas Ohlson's establishment possible.

This year, Clas Ohlson will open two more stores in Norway. On November 9, Clas Ohlson opens a new store in Notodden in Telemark. On November 23, a new store opens in Kolbotn just south of Oslo.

“It feels very exciting to continue growing in Norway and open stores in more locations. We know that we are very appreciated by Norwegians and we look forward to open the new stores,” says Rune Johansen.
