    Clas Ohlson’s Nomination Committee selected

    The Annual General Meeting on 11 September 2010 voted in favour of the Board of Directors’ motion that a nomination process be initiated to select a Nomination Committee. In accordance with the Meeting’s resolution, the Nomination Committee shall comprise the Chairman of the Board and four members representing the four largest registered owners or shareholders known in some other manner. The Haid and Tidstrand families will select one member each to the Nomination Committee. Prior to the 2011 Annual General Meeting, Clas Ohlson’s Nomination Committee will comprise the following members:
