Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB adjourns annual general meeting 2021
In order not to compromise the legal validity of the resolutions of the annual general meeting 2021, the board of Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB decided to adjourn the meeting.
To counteract the spread of the coronavirus, the board of Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB (CISH) had decided that the annual general meeting 2021 should be held via video call. A software that has been used by many international companies for their annual general meeting had been chosen to assist with the voting. However, since there is a chance that this software might not be in compliance with Swedish law, the board of CISH had to change to postal voting instead. Since this change was decided outside the required deadline towards the set date for the annual general meeting on May 20, 2021, the meeting will be adjourned. The new date for the annual general meeting by postal voting is still to be set and communicated.
