Clean Industry Solutions listed at Nasdaq First North Growth Market
As previously announced, the Board of Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB (CISH) has taken the decision to list at Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Nasdaq has approved CISH’s application for admission to trading, and today, 12 July 2021, is the first day of trading.
On 22 January 2021, CISH announced that the Board of Directors had decided to investigate the conditions for a list change from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Reasons for the list change were that both subsidiaries of the company, Industrial Solar GmbH and SolarSpring GmbH, operate internationally. Thus, the company wants to facilitate their German and international investors to acquire shares. Also, a listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is also expected to create better conditions for increased liquidity in the share.
Today, CISH was welcomed to Nasdaq Stockholm in a welcome ceremony. “We are very happy and proud to be listed at Nasdaq,” stated Christian Zahler, CEO of CISH. “It is a big and important step for us as a company, and it will also enhance the international trading of our shares. We are looking forward to being part of the Nasdaq family and hope for a successful and sustainable future!”
