Correction: Industrial Solar and badenovaWÄRMEPLUS Cooperate to Accelerate Energy Transition
The press release "Industrial Solar and badenovaWÄRMEPLUS Cooperate to Accelerate Energy Transition" from August 3 was not categorized as regulatory, which it should have been. The only change in this press release is that it is now properly categorized.
Clean Industry Solutions’ subsidiary Industrial Solar GmbH received an order for a photovoltaic system from badenovaWÄRMEPLUS GmbH & Co. KG, which is a promising start for a possible long-term cooperation between the two parties. The order has a net volume of 26k€ and is planned to be realized this year in November. The installation is a crucial step for both companies to accelerate the energy transition in southern Germany.
badenovaWÄRMEPLUS GmbH & Co. KG is a 100% subsidiary of badenova AG & Co. KG and was founded in 2007 with project planning, construction, and operation of heating networks and systems in its core business. The electricity supplier stands as one of the most powerful players in the region between the Upper Rhine and the Northern Black Forest. The "PLUS" in their name stands for the switch to renewables and the inclusion of more ideas, more innovation, and more partnership. They also acknowledge that the energy transition requires a significant reorientation of heat production since the most tremendous potential for efficiency, savings, and the switch to renewable energies lies in greening the heat supply, which aligns with Industrial Solar’s holistic approach.
Industrial Solar GmbH was founded as a technology and solution provider with the vision to decarbonize the industry. It offers innovative and tailor-made solar energy solutions to implement renewable heat supply for industrial processes. The Industrial Solar team has longstanding and extensive international experience and profound engineering knowledge. The company provides customized systems that encompass diverse combinations of solutions for heating, cooling, and electricity generation.
Having a shared goal and vision, the two local companies can play an important part in the acceleration of the energy transition in the region. To this end, they have already agreed that Industrial Solar will design and realize a photovoltaic system at the heating center in Staufen in November 2022. The system will be mounted on a green roof with a module output of 19.44 kWp, and a total volume of 26k€. Moreover, Industrial Solar and badenovaWÄRMEPLUS have a great interest in a long-term cooperation involving further customized solar energy systems.
The anticipated long-term cooperation between the two companies strengthens the local relationships and reinforces Industrial Solar’s holistic approach to solar energy solutions. Additionally, it shows excellent potential for mutual benefit through profound knowledge transfer and for more upcoming projects.
