Last day of trading in BTU

Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB's (publ) ("Clean Industry Solutions" or the "Company") rights issue of units, which was resolved by the Company's Board of Directors on 20 September 2022, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. 

The last day of trading in paid subscribed units (BTU) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be on 7 November 2022 and stop day will be on 9 November 2022. The new shares and warrants of series TO 1 are expected to be booked in each shareholder’s VP account/depository on 11 November 2022.
