Clean Motion signs order for five EVIG Event vehicles with Bistro Bike
Clean Motion announces that Stockholm-based company Bistro Bike has ordered five EVIG Event vehicles, with delivery scheduled during 2026/2027. The vehicles will be used in Bistro Bike's venture into mobile premium coffee in Stockholm. The order follows spring trials in which Bistro Bike operated EVIG Event in live service conditions.
During spring 2026, Bistro Bike has been using EVIG Event in Stockholm as the foundation for its next generation of mobile coffee business. According to the company, the vehicle resolves several of the logistical challenges associated with the cycle-based model, including capacity, range, working environment and the ability to maintain a more consistent presence across the city. Clean Motion and Bistro Bike have jointly developed a specially adapted configuration for the mobile coffee operation.
For Clean Motion, the order confirms that EVIG has a natural role within food and beverage, mobile retail, pop-ups and events, beyond traditional urban logistics.
