Rachel Kramer Bussel National Tour

Blogger, pundit and arbiter of sexual culture Rachel Kramer Bussel, editor of Cleis Press' BEST SEX WRITING 2012, has been tapped by The Wall Street JournalCNN and Fox News in the past week to talk about the "new, underground" enthusiasm for bondage novels sparked by Fifty Shades of Grey. Bussel also edits New York Magazine's "Daily Intel" Sex Diaries.

In BEST SEX WRITING 2012, Bussel and trailblazer Susie Bright have collected the most intelligent, stimulating and provocative work from across the spectrum of reportage.  With essays that originally appeared in publications as wide-ranging as Salon.com, The Village Voice and Ms, BEST SEX WRITING 2012 covers topics from teen sex laws, Don't Ask Don't Tell and circumcision to sex at 66. The collection includes an extremely provocative essay on bondage by Bussel.

Bussel blogs about her other passion, cupcakes, at Cupcakes Take the Cake.  She's a unique combination—a sexpert with a sweet tooth whose writing about each topic has brought her acclaim. As cupcake expert, she's been featured in Martha Stewart Living and appeared on Top Chef Desserts, among others.
