Cline: Cline Scientific will receive SEK 10.1 million through the exercise of warrants
Cline Scientific AB announces today, March 24, 2021, the exercise rate for warrants of series 2020/2021 (TO1 A) and (TO1 B). Through the exercise of the warrants, Cline Scientific has received SEK 10.1 million before issue costs, which are estimated at SEK 0.1 million.
Warrants of series 2020/2021 were issued in connection with Cline Scientific's rights issue in the spring of 2020. During the period March 2 - March 12, 2021, holders of warrants of series 2020/2021 (TO1 B) were able to subscribe for shares with the support of warrants. A total of 2,942,255 warrants were exercised for subscription of 2,942,255 Series B shares (utilization rate approx. 76.5 percent).
In addition to the above warrants of series 2020/2021 (TO1 B), 63,000 Class A shares were also subscribed for by holders of warrants 2020/2021 (TO1 A).
Exercised warrants have been replaced with interim shares pending registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket). The conversion of interim shares into shares is expected to take place within approximately three weeks.
Number of shares and share capital
Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares in Cline Scientific will increase by 63,000 Series A shares and by 2,942,255 Series B shares, which means that after registration of the shares with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, there will be 722,333 Series A shares and 14,730,404 Series B shares in the company. At the same time, the share capital increases from SEK 1,244,748.20 to SEK 1,545,273.70 in Cline Scientific AB.
