    Cloetta's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, in Stockholm, Sweden.Adoption of the balance sheet and profit and loss accountsThe AGM adopted the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts of the parent company and the Group for the preceding financial year. DividendThe AGM approved the proposed dividend of SEK 1.40 per share, corresponding to a total amount of SEK 401,355,522. The record date for the dividend was set for Thursday, 23 April 2026.
