Public announcement of change in the total number of shares and votes in Cloetta AB (publ)

In July 2011 Cloetta issued 9,966 new class B shares in connection with the employee convertible programme that was approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 20 March 2009. In the event of full conversion, a total of 1,004,889 class B shares will be issued during the period through March 2012.

The share capital in Cloetta AB (publ) at 29 July 2011 amounts to SEK 121,595,930, divided between 2,360,000 class A shares and 21,959,186 class B shares. The total number of votes is 45,559,186.
