The event will take place on Sunday, May 24, at The Half Moon Bay Wine and Cheese Company, 421 Main Street from 2 to 5 p.m.

The afternoon includes a sampling of the five 2010 Pinot Noirs, from the powerful ripe fruit flavors of Domaine du Docteur Rodgers to the elegant and spicy flavors of Domaine Valeta “Sunny Slope.” Each wine combines intricate tastes as revealed in all three Domaine Lois Louise wines, from “Twisty Ridge” to “Cote Sud.” Each will be uniquely paired with specially selected meats and cheeses.  The ticket price is $15 per person and all proceeds will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.

T.J. and Valeta Rodgers will share their passion for winemaking, as well as answer questions about the 2010 vintage.

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a drawing to win a 3L bottle of Domaine Lois Louise Santa Cruz Mountain Estates. All proceeds from the drawing will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.

Space is limited. Reservations recommended: https://closdelatech2009vintageparty.eventbrite.com

Our goal is clear: to make the New World's Best Pinot Noir. In doing so, we hope to seriously challenge the greatest Burgundies that have dominated premium Pinot Noir production since the 13th century. Our approach is one of meticulous stewardship of ancient tradition that often means bowing to nature's whims combined with innovative techniques that serve to only enhance what nature has given us.
