CLDR generates additional revenues with upside potential down under

LONDON-- September 21 2010 - Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pinksheets:CLDR) announces today that it has closed a contract with a large Service Provider in Australia.  Cloud Centric is working in concert with Mobile Media’s Enable Software to deliver the contract.

The company will be providing a White-Labeled Email management solution to its Aussie client within the Service Provider’s Datacenter; as well, Cloud Centric will manage the implementation and deployment via the contract.

Cloud Centric, CEO, David Lovatt states, “This is a true win-win for us as it minimizes our overall costs for the email management system we are to provide, while generating a top-tier Cloud Centric branded platform with increased revenue potential for the company.”

The contract value is projected to provide up to $150,000 over the course of the next 12 months, effective immediately. “We feel this is not only a strong opportunity for us in and of itself, but our client is actively acquiring a number of other businesses and we expect this to exponentially increase overall potential for additional contracts through this company,” says Lovatt.

The interface is due to go live in October and is the first contract closed in Australia for Cloud Centric System. The company is confident that outside the potential with the client at hand, “It gives us a great foothold in the territory toward additional presence and market permeation in Australia and beyond.”

AIIM (the Association for Information and Image Mangement) has found that a third of organizations have no policy to deal with legal discovery and 40% might need to search back-up tapes to find emails that could be relevant to litigation. The AIIM survey also found that 84% would have no way to justify why emails of a certain age or type had been deleted. Only 19% have the facility to move important emails into a document or records management system, or a dedicated email management system, and 45% of respondents are still filing their important emails in personal Outlook folders.
