CLS LLC Adds New Leadership Position, Names David Ladner as Executive Director & Partner

CLS LLC, the premiere technology consulting group for the transportation industry, announced today that it has named David Ladner executive director & partner to the company.

Ladner brings more than 20 years of experience in transportation and wireless technology to his new role at CLS LLC. Before joining the company, he founded PeopleNet Communications Corporation, a leading onboard computing provider to the transportation industry. At PeopleNet, David served in a myriad of roles, including raising capital, assembling a management team and board of directors, mobilizing resources to develop and deliver a cost effective product to the marketplace, and managing a number of operating functions, including sales, marketing, finance, customer service and product management.
David also worked for Genesys Software Systems in a turn-around capacity, with the primary objective of creating a future liquidity event. David was instrumental in accomplishing this goal which resulted in Genesys merging with publically traded Salary.com in the end of 2008. Most recently David co-founded and served as chairman and CEO of RTT Mobile Interpretation. At RTT, David planned, built and launched the nation’s first wireless mobile interpretation platform. He took the company from a blank slate concept to a high-growth, recurring revenue model and end-to-end service delivery platform. Ladner remains involved in the wireless communications arena currently as chairman of the board at Predictive Weather, Inc.
