New innovating Natural Vitamin K2 approved by EFSA

Morten Sundstoe, Founder and CEO of CLS Technology, is recognized to be a pioneer in the global Vitamin K2 market. “As one of the founders of NattoPharma, I introduced K2 in the market in 2009. The market for Vitamin K2 is still a niche market, because both the quality and price has not been good enough. After years of product development, VESTA has been able to make, what I would say, is the best quality natural K2 at a competitive price,” says Morten Sundstoe, Chairman of CLS Technology.
CLS Technology has made an exclusive distribution agreement with VESTA. “We are very pleased to be VESTA’s representative in Europe, and we see a great potential for our K2 products in Europe now that it is recognized as NOVEL FOOD,” says Sundstoe.
Most people have never heard of Vitamin K2. This vitamin is rare in the Western diet and hasn’t received much mainstream attention. However, this powerful nutrient plays an essential role in many aspects of health. In fact, Vitamin K2 may just be the “missing link” between diet and several killer diseases.
“Our K2 is pure when it is extracted, and thus, it has no problem with stability, smell, color, micro biology activity or taste. Until now, this has been the big problem for natural K2. VESTA has solved this. At the same time, we are the only company that can claim Non-GMO project verified and Kosher Certification on our K2. This has been the big hurdle for today’s K2 suppliers,” says Sundstoe.
