CLX Communications Signs Framework Agreement with a Leading Online Social Networking Service
Stockholm, Jan 28th, 2015
CLX Communications' enterprise division has signed a framework agreement to provide cloud communications services to a leading online social networking service.
The non-binding, non-exclusive framework agreement follows successful technical integration and includes CLX’s messaging services where CLX provides global coverage for enterprise SMS delivery.
The contract period is 12 months with automatic renewal unless either party terminates the agreement. The value of the contract is dependent on the actual service utilization.
Robert Gerstmann, Managing Director for CLX's enterprise division comments: “We are pleased to have signed this framework agreement and I am excited about the potential opportunity. CLX Networks was recently rated the #1 Global A2P SMS Messaging Provider in an independent report, and I see this contract as another testimony of CLX’s leading position in enterprise messaging.”
