Strong growth and earnings for CLX Communications

CLX Communications AB, a leading provider of mobile communications services and solutions, reports strong sales and earnings growth for the fiscal year 2014/2015.

Sales increased with 39 percent to 844 million SEK during the fiscal year July 2014 – June 2015. Operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 93 million SEK and net profit to 53 million SEK.

"It has been a very eventful year and the 39 percent increase in sales exceeded our growth targets. The combination of a high growth rate in our core business along with new promising areas for growth, especially in Internet of Things, represents a very good foundation for CLX’s continued positive development"; says Johan Hedberg, CEO of CLX Communications.

In order to emphesize the company's leading position providing mobile communications services and solutions, the parent company has changed its name to CLX Communications.

CLX Communications’ Enterprise Division, operating under the brand CLX Networks, is a leading global provider of cloud-based communications services to enterprises, where the company acts as a link between the Internet and telecoms. CLX's flexible APIs allows enterprises to securely and cost-efficiently communicate globally with their customers and connected devices (Internet of Things) via messaging, voice and mobile data.

CLX Communications’ Operator Division, working under the brand name Symsoft, is a leading global provider of software solutions for mobile operators. The operator division provides communications solutions for voice, mobile messaging, mobile data and software solutions for Customer Experience Management. The solutions are primarily delivered as physical installations, but to an increasing extent also provided as a service.
