Annual Report 2009

Annual Report 2009 Codfarmers ASA has today released its annual report for 2009. The preliminary results for 2009 were announced 19 February together with the quarterly report for the fourth quarter 2009. The final annual result for 2009 includes a positive correction in the amount of MNOK 29.4, The correction pertains to a re-assessment of the Company’s convertible bond loan. Consequently, the correction only has effect for the financial statement and no cash effect. As a consequence of the correction, the Company’s own equity is increased by MNOK 1.8, and the value of the convertible bond loan is reduced by MNOK 1.8.
