APPROVED ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2006

The Board of Directors of Codfarmers ASA has in
its
meeting on March 29th, approved the financial
statements and the Board of Directors` report for
2006. Preliminary figures for 2006 were published
on February 27th together with the Q4 2006 Interim
Report. The financial statements includes an IFRS-
adjustment of MNOK -0,7 related to accrued
financial income. The net result for 2006 after
this adjustment was MNOK -21,0.

A full annual report will be published together
with the notice for the General Meeting, which is
planned to be held on May 10th 2007
