APPROVED ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2007

The Board of Directors of Codfarmers ASA has in its meeting on March 28th, approved the financial statements and the Board of Directors` report for 2007.

Preliminary figures for 2007 were published on February 26th together with the Q4 2007 Interim Report.

The financial statements includes an adjustment of MNOK -3,0 related to down writing of shareposition in Marin Invest AS to fair value. Adjusted fair valuation is a result of general market development. The net result for 2007 after this adjustment was MNOK -28,1.


A full annual report will be published together with the notice for the General Meeting, which is planned to be held on May 20th 2008.
