Today, Codfarmers ASA has received a new company
certificate after registration of the rights
offering of Codfarmers ASA shares as previously
announced in notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange on
18 December 2007.

New share capital is NOK 2.039.465,10 divided into
20.394.651 shares each with a par value of NOK 0,10.
