COD - Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the extraordinary general meeting in Codfarmers ASA to be held on 19 September 2011, Jan Erik Sivertsen has today received proxy based voting rights for 3,700,000 shares, representing 24.02 per cent of the shares and votes in the company. Jan Erik Sivertsen owns no shares and will therefore represent a total of 3,700,000 shares, equivalent to 24.02 per cent of the shares and votes in Codfarmers ASA. The proxy is valid only for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 19 September 2011.
