COD - Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the Annual General Meeting in Codfarmers ASA to be held on 7 June 2012, the chairman of the board, Marianne E. Johnsen, has today received proxy based voting rights for 5,190,909
shares, representing 7.74 per cent of the shares and votes in the company.

Marianne E. Johnsen owns 53,000 shares and will therefore represent a total of 5,243,909 shares, equivalent to 7.81 per cent of the shares and votes in Codfarmers ASA.

The proxies are without instructions and are valid only for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 June 2012.
