The subscription period, and the period for trading in subscription rights (COD S), in Codfarmers ASA’s repair offering expires at 17:30 hours (CET) today, 10 April 2012.

Any subscription rights that are not sold, or used to subscribe for new shares in the repair offering, prior to 17:30 hours (CET) on 10 April 2012, will lapse without compensation to the holder and cease to carry any value.

Holders of subscription rights (whether granted or acquired) must, in order to subscribe for new shares, follow the instructions set forth in the prospectus.
