Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Codfarmers ASA (“Codfarmers”) dated 16 April 2012. The share capital increase pertaining to the repair offering resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of Codfarmers held on 8 March 2012 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and, hence, the repair offering has been completed.

The new share capital of Codfarmers is NOK 67,105,136, divided into 67,105,136 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.

The new shares are delivered to the subscribers and are tradable on Oslo Børs today.
